Fees: Our current standard rate is $300.00 per hour for advice and conferences, drafting and/or attending to correspondence with you or with others on your behalf, drafting documents and normal legal office work.
Dispute Resolution / Negotiation / Mediation: Our standard rate is $300.00 per hour.
Court attendance: Negotiable. We will negotiate a lower fee for attendances at Mentions and Call-Overs of short duration.
Conveyancing: $950 - $1050 plus disbursements (e.g. payment of stamp duty, getting pest inspection reports).
Payment methods: Master/Visa, Cheque or Direct Debit. |
