WILL THE NEW WORKPLACE LAWS AFFECT YOU?

 

 

On 1 January 2010, a new system of national workplace laws came fully into effect.

· Knowing what your rights are and what your employees’ rights are if you or they want to negotiate an enterprise agreement for your business.
